Our Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products. Once a product has left our care, we cannot restock or resell it.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.
Please contact us at hello@peacefromnature.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we will happily offer a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. While we can’t accept returns of opened or used skincare products, we may offer a store credit or replacement at our discretion.
This guarantee is limited to one claim per customer and is intended to support genuine satisfaction- not extended product trials.
